Shipping Policy

At BestDeelz, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times

• Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (order must be placed before 12 PM EST)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

• Free Standard Shipping on all orders over a qualifying amount (displayed at checkout).
• Flat-rate and calculated shipping options are available at checkout based on your order size and destination.

Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping options may be available at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
