Here's exactly how shipping works at BestDeelz.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after noon or on weekends and holidays begin processing the next business day. Presale items ship on the release date shown on the product page.
Shipping rates (United States)
- Free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more
- Standard shipping: $8.00 flat rate on orders under $70
- Express shipping: $15.00 on any order
The exact options and costs for your order are always shown at checkout before you pay. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Delivery times
Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and begin once your order ships. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather or other events outside our control.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we email you a confirmation with a tracking number.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll help resolve it with the carrier.
